This group will focus on practical methods for handling Bad Stress and Good Stress on-the-go and when you have quiet moments. We won't concentrate only on just one approach (i.e. meditation) but try the many methods of de-stressing. Sometimes that will be with guided imagery, meditation, passive muscle relaxation, biofeedback, etc. Other times we will look at how our minds push us towards stress and away from relaxation.
